# Getting started

DESYNC instructions.

## First launch

1. Check the [system requirements](/desync-docs/russkii/english/pc-preparation/system-requirements.md).
2. Complete [PC preparation](/desync-docs/russkii/english/pc-preparation.md) using DESYNC System Checker.
3. [Open the loader](/desync-docs/russkii/english/launching-the-loader.md), activate your key and restart the loader. Each key is activated once.
4. Follow the instructions for your product: [PUBG](/desync-docs/russkii/english/products/pubg.md), [EFT](/desync-docs/russkii/english/products/eft.md) or [SPOOFER](/desync-docs/russkii/english/products/spoofer.md).

## Launching again

After closing the game or a game crash, we recommend restarting your PC and following the full launch procedure again. If you use the spoofer, run it again after the restart. Do not reactivate a key you have already used.

## Having a problem?

Open [Troubleshooting and support](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md) and select your symptom. If there is no ready solution, create a ticket in [@desync\_support\_bot](https://t.me/desync_support_bot), record and send logs as instructed. Include a video of the problem when possible.

## Subscriptions and maintenance

To transfer your subscription, complete the relevant form in the [support bot](https://t.me/desync_support_bot). Fill in every requested field accurately and completely, following the form's instructions. Product status and maintenance news are posted in the [official DESYNC Telegram group](https://t.me/+QaIl4oHAoqNMgOR-). During maintenance, subscription time is frozen or compensated; the specific arrangements are announced in the group.
