# Advanced loader settings

Change these options only when a specific troubleshooting guide or your seller / support instructs you to. They are not part of the normal launch procedure.

| Setting                           | Purpose                                                                       |
| --------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Internet café                     | Launching in an internet café environment                                     |
| Skip network adapter spoofing     | Disables MAC-address spoofing; may be used if the internet connection is lost |
| Windows 11: Try without a restart | Attempts launch without the required restart                                  |
| Use new MAC spoofing method       | Switches the MAC-address spoofing method                                      |
| Fix “beep.sys” error              | Runs the loader's fix for this error                                          |
| Enable active memory dump         | Enables an extended diagnostic dump                                           |

Minidumps and diagnostic data are sent together with logs. See [sending logs](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md).

An active memory dump and a complete memory dump are different diagnostic options. Follow the [BSOD guide](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support/bsod-blue-screen.md) for a complete dump only if support requests it.
