# EFT

DESYNC for Escape from Tarkov. Windowed, borderless and fullscreen modes are supported.

## Launch

Before the first launch, complete [PC preparation](/desync-docs/russkii/english/pc-preparation.md), including moving the taskbar to the bottom.

1. [Open the loader](/desync-docs/russkii/english/launching-the-loader.md). First-time key activation is described there.
2. Select EFT. Enable the spoofer if needed; it is off by default.
3. Click Launch cheat.
4. Open the game and wait for the lobby.
5. Press F2 to inject, then Home or Insert to open the menu.

## Built-in spoofer

Included in every EFT subscription. It runs together with the cheat and lasts until the PC restarts. Standalone use requires a SPOOFER subscription.

Trace cleaning is enabled separately. Previous configuration reapplies the previously spoofed data. See [spoofer options](/desync-docs/russkii/english/products/spoofer/spoofer-features.md).

## After closing the game or if something goes wrong

After closing the game or a crash, we recommend restarting the PC and following the [full relaunch procedure](/desync-docs/russkii/english/launching-the-loader.md). You do not need to activate the key again.
