2. Windows version and build: press Win + R, enter winver, press Enter and screenshot the window.
3. Whether the issue appeared after a Windows update and the launch stage where it occurs.
4. [Logs](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md). If the loader does not open and you cannot obtain them, state this in the questionnaire. Include a checker TXT report if possible.

Wait for support's reply before further actions. The error text alone does not establish that Windows must be reinstalled.
