# Driver error 0xC0E90002

Error: **Error while attempt to load the driver, 0xC0E90002.** Follow the steps below; the PC will restart automatically. **If it restarts twice consecutively, contact support.**

## What to do

1. Save open files and finish your current work: the PC will restart automatically after launch.
2. Open the loader settings using the gear icon.
3. Enable Force restart to launch EFI, highlighted below. You do not need to change the other checkboxes shown in the screenshot.
4. Return to the loader's main screen and click Launch cheat.
5. Wait for the automatic restart. Once Windows starts, open the game directly without reopening the loader. In the PUBG or EFT lobby, press F2, then Home or Insert for the menu.

Change only the highlighted checkbox.

## Window before the automatic restart

After launching with Force restart to launch EFI enabled, a Warning window appears. Its first line in the example is CI\_POLITICS/WINDOWS11.

## Watch the restart

If the PC restarts twice consecutively or the error returns, [create a ticket](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md). State error 0xC0E90002 and the number of restarts. Attach photos or video and any available logs.
