# Menu and ESP offset

The menu or ESP is shifted; boxes and labels do not line up with characters. The Windows taskbar position is a common cause.

## What to do

1. Close the game and loader. Move the taskbar to the bottom edge of the screen, as required for PUBG and EFT.
2. Follow the [relaunch procedure](/desync-docs/russkii/english/launching-the-loader.md) and check the menu and ESP again.

## Common cause

The taskbar should be at the bottom of the screen, in its standard position.

The taskbar is the Windows bar containing Start and app icons. The position of the whole bar at the screen's bottom edge matters.

## If the offset remains

If the taskbar is already at the bottom, [create a ticket and send logs](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md). Add a photo or video of the entire screen showing the taskbar and how ESP is offset relative to the characters.
