# Nothing happens after F2

F2 in the lobby injects the cheat; Home or Insert opens the menu. If the appropriate key has no effect, contact support.

## What to do

Create a ticket in [@desync\_support\_bot](https://t.me/desync_support_bot), complete the questionnaire, then [record and send logs](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md). Follow support's reply for the next steps.

## What to attach

* Which key fails and the stage where launch stopped.
* A short video of the launch and key press.
* The full text or screenshot of any message that appears.

If logs could not be collected, state this in the ticket.
