# VEH crash and Crt error

In DESYNC support's experience, errors similar to the examples below are almost always associated with updated game files. Contact support and complete the bot questionnaire if you see one.

## Examples

The screenshots show VEH crash with code 80000003 and BREAKPOINT, and Crt error. Numbers and addresses in your message may differ; include the whole message.

## What to do

1. Create a ticket in [@desync\_support\_bot](https://t.me/desync_support_bot) and complete the questionnaire.
2. Attach a full error screenshot. State the stage where it appears and whether the game updated beforehand. Add a video if possible.
3. [Send logs](/desync-docs/russkii/english/troubleshooting-and-support.md). If the loader does not open, use the materials available to you.
4. Wait for support's reply and further instructions.
